XML Package Error: Tool user access denied

Somehow MZmanager is not working since a few days! I even tried re-installation, but it did not help.

I get the message: XML Package Error: Tool user access denied

 

Can anyone tell me what is wrong and what to do?

P.S. This forum seems to be nearly abandoned. I hope I'm wrong.

Hello!

I had the same problem but it can be fixed.

You have probably used the wrong security code - it is not your ordinary login for managerzone.

The correct security code can be found in managerzone tools. Go to managerzone.com, then community, then MZ tools, then tools-profile. There you find a code.
