Welcome to MzManager!

MzManager is a tool to get the best out of the ManagerZone.com game. It helps you to:
- Track the training progress of your players and know when they are bout to gain an extra ball.
- Determine the optimal training path for each player.
- See per player at what position on the field they are best.
- Set the best team formation on the tactics field.
- Spy your opponents.
- See graphs of your progress.

MzManager is, at the moment, available as a Windows application. It will run on Mac and Linux via the free version (server edition) of Vmware and other virtual machines.

MzManager has been developed by fc_curling since 2003. In 2008 openheaven took over the project.

We are now considering our options on how to proceed from here.

Open Source?

I am considering to release the current MzManager version as Open Source. To be able to do that I would need to have (at least) part of my investment back (since I bought the project from the original creator, to make sure this great app wouldn't get lost). I think, right now, donations is probably the best way to get (part of) my investment back. I could set up a donation link via Paypal.

Installation

You can download MzManager from the Managerzone website. You can find it in the Tool list page in the Community / MZ Tool area.

From the top menu click Community, then MZ Tools and then Tools list.
When it is ready it is shown in the list and you can download it.

How to install it?:

1. Goto the tool list page from the MZ Tool page

2. Download MzManager 2, v2.4

3. If you don't get your security code after downloading or get the possibility to enter it, then get it o­n the "Tools user profile" page

4. browse to the folder where you downloaded the installation file (it is a .msi file = microsoft installation)

5. doubleclick o­n the file, to start the installation

6. if your current version of MzManager is NOT located in the folder the installation program displays, REMEMBER TO CHANGE IT TO THE RIGHT FOLDER. If you don't it will act like you have installed a new version of MzManager and you will start for scrath with 0 data.

7. Start MzManager v2.4, and if it says v2.4 in the window title you are running the latest version.

8. IMPORTANT!! Before you parse data for the first time, you need to go to the "Get Data" tab, and enter your new security code

9. Now you are set. Press F5 or click o­n the parse data button to get your data

10. Have fun with it

PS: If you by chance get to install MzManager 2.4 in the wrong folder, run the installer again and select Remove. When it is done, run the installer again and selcet the right folder to install version 2.4 in.
